I'm an entrepreneur and my work is often stressful and exhausting, but when I start my day with Sandy's breathing exercises, all the daily challenges seem easy and I manage to find creative ways to deal with them effectively - without getting overwhelmed. Plus, they've helped me shift in my yoga and cold immersion practice. After a year of cold showers, I've finally committed to bathing outside in sub-zero temperatures and it's been amazing. I find that by raising my vibration and improving my mood, more and more interesting opportunities are popping up. Hope this was helpful 🙏

Yo, hey listen, no joke this was the first time I’ve ever had a full blown religious experience with meditation. This connected me to that primal stuff inside. I sobbed. I haven’t had an experience like this is a long time. I’ll be adding this to my daily routine, like a crown ontop of (right after) my intense exercise.

Those ancient Indian saint definitely knew what they were talking about. In the beginning ,i thought yoga was an exaggeration. Nvr thought these simple exercises could open my mind. Its like i ve been able to open the tiny 1st door of many doors but i definitely feel better than ever.

No drug can get u the state of ecstacy our mind and spirit can achieve through yoga and meditation. U always had it in u. U knew drugs is not the answer to get the eternal state of ecstacy. So u left it. This is also a kind of enlightment ,brother. You are blessed.

Doing this very powerful breath work for a couple weeks now. Also, a newbie and I live mostly in solitude. During this exercise, I experienced a vision of having friends beside me and feelings of love, trust and peace. These emotions were way stronger than anything I've ever felt. I didn't even know that level existed before! Absolutely amazing feeling that I want to feel again

I practiced this before going into a meeting, and I felt so focused and present. It was strange at first, because I've never tried spine breathing, but once I got into the rhythm everything just flowed into place. Thanks again for a wonderful experience~

I’ve had a really hard time trying to discover what works best for me and feeling like nothings really been working (at least for me) I found this video and thought I’d give it a try cause why not? I did this and haven’t felt anxiety for about 15-20 minutes!! I cried feeling at peace for that long. Today I did this again and that sense of peace lasted about 2 HOURS!! I’ve never done something like this. I loved it. It hurt my nose to breathe in the air that fast and it made me wonder if that is a thing that will get easier and smoother over time. I feel so peaceful and blissful right now. I’m laying the ground by my pool in the sun like a cat. What a gift.

You're doing such a huge favour for providing all this information in such an understandable way, for the entire world; they just need to stumble upon your channel and keep their minds open to the concept of breathwork. Took a while before I got my dad to even believe it actually helps with a lot of things only to find out he's been doing it in the form of suryamaskar, that's like pushups, breathwork and meditation at the same time so I felt like oh.. damn. Thank you for providing knowledge which would've otherwise been lost to the ages or you'd have to actively seek seers and gurus. I believe you must know of patanjali and the plethora of information that's in there is actually useful. Your entire channel is filled with solid information that would help people who think they won't be able to change their ways, think and feel in a completely different way. Allow them and me to look at the world in a way that they know was the right way to look at things but things, circumstances and environment wouldn't allow them to do so, but this stuff allows people to become powerful inside out, as well as spiritually. The awareness of, you can't change the people around you nor should you try to and you can't win someone over in the sense of reconciliation nor should you try to if all the effort is one sided, you only hurt yourself. Like the breath, you can take it all in, let out heart become a bit faster, process, and let go of the emotions associated with the memories, because they're tricky, sometimes their repressed, sometimes their suppressed, but the memories remain. Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that might send some folks into a state of almost psychosis though as you progress upwards ( which won't happen in a day obviously )

Sometimes, on the last exhale after the breathing cycle, right before we go into the one minute breath hold, I get an immediate strong pulsating headache, and I'm forced to take an inhale because it's unbearable. Any thoughts? Maybe there is an explanation to that. Like I said, it doesn't happen all the time, but when it does it is very unpleasant. Thank you !

i have been practicing breathwork for a few years now, but today i felt called to dive deeper and to devote myself further to my practice. i am a woman who feels deeply in tune with her feminine energy, but feeling a lacking of masculine energy. i’m feeling called to tend to it now to create sacred union within me. i’m looking to become more disciplined and today is the day i claim this path wholeheartedly. i did sacral chakra yoga and then liberation kriya, but my body was yearning for a little more so i did some research on different breathwork techniques and came across bhastrika which seemed to have everything i needed. thank you so much for guiding me through this process. will be returning often

Loved the different style thrown in this time. I have a really messed up neck so I could only do part of the bending with my neck, but opening up to the heart felt really good. The music in this one was amazing too! I love that instrument that you were playing as well, and I'm not sure the name. Much love to everyone ❤

So good. I have just been learning about strong spinal breathing and just started including that in my practice within the last month. Straight fire my friend like everything you put out there. Waiting to see you on insight Timer and releasing your albums brotha. Seriously this is the best one yet. My favorite so far. Nicely nicely done

This is a angampora prana yama Technique from our country Sri Lanka. Our old angampora masters did this for quiet mind and wormed up body before a fight . Similar to wim hof technique

How incredible that the universe sent this video through at the perfect time!! I've been feeling this intermittent pulsing in upper spine these days due to deep cleansing inner work and this breathwork is such a compliment to activate overall energy channels! I feel like a field of cosmic energy instantly, light yet solid, steady, peaceful. Best guided breathwork ever experienced and love your peaceful (instead of forceful) presence and all the softening hand gestures!

Just want to give gratitude for this video. I have been trying Kundulini before, but never had any significent results. This is my first time feeling the real power. The setting, music and guidence is as good as it get’s. The abs contraction, is what does it for me. Also i do this laying on the floor, which makes it all the more powerfull for me🧘🏽‍♂️🙌🏽
