Almost passed out after the double time breathing followed by the breath hold. I just put my head down and it quickly passed. More practice needed I guess?

Love and blessings dear Sandy: I simply adore your content here (as all your followers, I assume :) First time I sat with this technique today and staring at my neck throughout the practice, I noted that my glance was moving downwards so I decided to stare at my mouth and during the last round, I saw a white layer around my head and should (I did the exercise in front of a big mirror): this was amazing 🙏🏻🎶☀️💕

Yes just don’t do the breath holds…I have many breathwork exercises with extended exhales (the perfect breath for during labor and the actual birth, my wife gave birth recently) so use any slow breathing exercise on my channel with nasal breathing..and just breathe normally during the breath retentions connecting with your little one :)
