Tandoori Chicken is a famous delicacy of India and Pakistan. Chicken pieces are coated with spicy marinade and cooked on a grill or tandoor until chicken is tender to bone. In this recipe I have shown very basic and authentic way of making chicken tandoori at home. This tandoori chicken recipe is made without oven or any kind of grill. It is delicious and super easy.
Ingredients:
Chicken Leg Pieces 6
Washing-
Salt 1tbs
Vinegar 1/2cup
Water 2cups
First Marination-
Salt 1tsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Garlic Paste 4tbs
Lemons 5
2nd Marination-
Salt 1tsp
Red Chili 2tsp
Cumin 2tsp
Garam Masala 1/2tsp
Oil 2tbs
Chili Flakes 1tsp
Yoghurt 1.5cups
Orange Food Color 1/2tsp
Lime Powder 1/2tsp

Double marinade always levels up tandoori chicken, especially if you're oven roasting. I have never put my masaley in hot oil, that looks like an awesome idea!

@@teew8739he 1st marinated with garlic haldi and salt. 2nd marinate was with youghurt and cooked spices. Double marinade.

Normally I used to cook in air fryer at 180 degree for 25 mins If chicken size is large otherwise 20 mins are enough. Means 10 10 mins each side . No further cooking are required

Double marination, cooking the masala, draining the blood, soaking in salt and vinegar, makes the recipe very time consuming. Skip all these steps, mix the ingredients as noted, add a little pepper and ginger, and simply grill. Overall, good cooking show.
