29min30 liké all traditionnel chinese martial art when there IS free fight all.the principe are forgot and it s just kick boxing No use to practise pigua Yichuan Xingyi If it s to fight liké kick or sanda

idk much about this but i heard the pigua quan combined together with the baji quan is a devastating combo tho

@@soleilislamauthentique kung fu training basically is your brain learning every patern of your style (patterns that are meant to be useful in a fight) this is why we/they first learn the moves slow, then do it quicker, so that you do it instantly in a real fight. That way his reflex in a real fight will be for him for example a dodge followed by a pigua strikes or something like that. And of course some kung fu or martial arts arent good in a real fight, theyre called 'fake martial art' but pigua and baji are not part of that. And lastly, the efficiency of the martial art depends on your own personal training, if you never trained fight application or partner training it will be pointless.
