Martial artist Dr. You-fu Li has practiced authentic and highly advanced kung fu and has experienced various miracles. none featured here would last 10 seconds in a real fight. Too many Hollywood props, fables about learning the essence in one night...前人遺毒䀉錄於此.

@@scholarwarriorhealer I said real fight, not competition fight. I m 70 years old , been training internal art for 55 years. Your understanding of the internal art world and their philosophies are all but wrong !! I rather have small mind than a WRONG MIND.

@@scholarwarriorhealer internal arts do not work well with rules, gloves in competition fights !! for street and self defence yes. unfortunately, not too many people train or taught correctly nowadays.
