In today’s video we are presenting a Shaolin Conditioning Hard QiGong performed by one of the Shaolin Warrior Monks Teams from the Shaolin Temple. Hard Qigong is a serious, challenging and demanding Shaolin practice that trains the body to resist strong blows and attacks. The practitioners use special breathing techniques to improve their internal Qi. But also the (external) body needs to be conditioned through a repetitive exposure to hitting, stabbing or endurance practices. It is said that Hard QiGong requires “good spirit and complex bone training ".
