He's also the only villain to technically canonically murder people. He froze half a region solid, screwed up the ecosystem, and practically froze the people to death. (With the help of Colress, but Colress is still under his command, so I count it) Not to mention he nearly impaled the main character in B2W2. He also hit a 12 year-old girl and threatened to harm her more when he reappeared in USUM if you didn't hand over your pokemon. Not to mention, his team is absolutely busted like Cynthia's. They could have used literally any of this as rap material, but nope.
