The physicality, the artistry, the comedic touches--absolute perfection! I do so wish he could have won his Olympic gold because he was one of the best ever.

Watching this after seeing his final Stars on Ice tour. There has never been ANYONE who combines expert, flawless skating, jumps, spectacular and innovative step work, and incredible performing versatility the way Kurt has for the last 35 years. I know he won't tour anymore, but I hope he mentors a new generation to combine performance with technical wizardry.

There is no one like him! His choreography is so hard, and incredibly athletic! He is so entertaining and skillful and I just love watching him skate!

Kurt is a breath of fresh air, good medicine to the soul, he is kind caring, sweet, thoughtful, considerate, innovative, creative is willing to try new things, he puts everything out there, doesn't hold back. He's gutsy wonderful, and just awesome

I love his program so much! There's nobody else in the world that can skate a program like this! It was funny all the way to the end! He definitely deserved the marks that he got. Perfect 10s all the way across! Great job!

I think he's better here than when he was an amateur. And I thought he was the best (maybe not every skate was the best) then! Actually I think he thinks he's better now, too. Something to do with taking Physio and recovery seriously so the injuries that plagued him then have been overcome, for the most part.

This is the best version because of the shrieks when he spins, and the "sorry". He needs to have a mic when he skates this.

The shriek during the camel spin might, or might not have, gotten the biggest laugh of the whole programme. And I was laughing the whole way through. 😂

yeah he didn't do those things in the 2002 version. and it's just those two little things to tweak his routine that make this the best version ever. crack up laughing when he starts shrieking 😅

Kurt Browning was one of the best. Saw that performance in 1976 on television. He makes it look so easy but it is extremely difficult. Kind of like watching men in tights en pointe.

Um... Was that a typo? Was there another skater who skated to this music in 1976? If so, it would be interesting to compare the two programmes. In 1976 Kurt was 10. And none of the other 3 team skaters were skating (if they were even born). But you're absolutely right, Kurt does make it look SO easy. His comedic timing is so good. I remember when he was talking about retiring from amateur competition there were people who said that he could easily go into acting. I think he could have if he'd wanted to.

I vividly remember this routine as a kid. I was in grade school, I always thought skating was boring until I saw this man. Simpler times.

Wondnderful & brave, so brave but not quite a 10. He did miss perfection on one jump as great a jump as it was. Nithing like him. This was the golden age!

Yes, there are many clowns in the world. Too many of them are not funny. Clowns on skates are, on average, much better, I think, and Kurt is the Best! An Original!

Kurt makes it look fun, he has style, technique, and physical, but Scott Hamilton will always be my favorite. Edit: Is there a Figure skaters anonymous? I'm afraid I may have an addiction.
