This is good stuff, but you gotta know what we really want is the B33 cover to connect to the handguards. Any chance that'll come soon?

At shot 2023 they said "within 6 months." They don't usually fulfill deadlines though. Most painful part for me is that I want to get a factory SBR, and that means waiting on a form 4.

Really good stuff, now we just need the b-33 dust cover and pt-1 stock.. And maybe some of the rk grips like the rk-6 handstopper

As someone who's been running railed forends and even simple Ultimaks since 2007....is this really all KUSA can manage? I'm a huge AK proponent, but the market is still almost a decade behind.

Why is nobody making extended hand guards like the zenitco sport. Everyone makes a 10 in rail that looks like trash. Also make a top hinge dust cover. It’s not that hard!

First off barwarus is the manufacturer, you guys just slap your name on it even though the product isn't yours, second off I would like barwarus to make a b-33 top cover clone, and a pt-5 Zenitco stock clone and a pt-1 stock clone so it's full kit not just the handguard rails

yeah most have at least some level of qc so you don't get the wrong safety attached to a rifle you paid over 1k for.

They are the best off the rack (non-custom built) USA made AK, hands down. They aren't CommBloc quality and probably never will be - if they were, they would cost 50 to 100% more than they already do because of various manufacturing and labor-related realities.

All these companies jumping on the bandwagon to make Zenitcope handguards while not realising that the top cover if the critical part of the Zenitco ecosystem. Not to mention the fact that Zenitco handguards are kind of the *worst* part of the ecosystem. There are better handguard designs, that, if paired with compatibility with Zenitco's B-33, would be far superior. The Ukrainian KRUK handguards come to mind. The final nail in the coffin is that it's still entirely possible to get Zenitco if you look around for 5 minutes and don't listen to the Reddit fearmongering.

Yes, you can find them. They're just 250% MSRP... been watching the market for years now and one of my buddies helps run AK Stuff down the road from me in GA. I asked for a hookup but they wouldn't because of "how much they're getting for them". And good luck getting them from Russia with everything going on.

@@mladdyboy You can get them from Russia easily lol, at MSRP. People just think they can't get them from Russia, so they pay insane markups, and of course scalpers in the US decide to profiteer off of this. Zenitco was never even officially embargoed, and repackaging in a different country makes the problem go away entirely. It's not even illegal, the seizures themselves were extra judicial. This is precisely what I mean by the Reddit fear mongering.

@Bip You sure those repacks have been getting through? I've heard plenty of the Ivantactical repacks have been seized as well
