I've never eaten chicken breast like this! Easy and quick recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
3 chicken breast
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup flour
3 tbsp unsalted butter (or margarine)
6 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Made this tonight substituted the honey for brown sugar bc of my 10 month old but the whole family enjoyed it. Props on the dish/recipe. It was delicious.

Made this tonight. I used apple cider vinegar, almond flour, and used half the honey, and used sugar free bbq sauce. It was so delicious. My new favorite, and my hubby who does not like chicken, loved it.

Looks delicious. I'll make this this week over rice. I'm going to season the flour with some DanO's. 4 Tbsp of honey...too much. Going to adjust to 2Tbsp honey, 2Tbsp Soy sauce and 1 Tbsp vinegar. Looking forward having it.

I always do this in different variations. Try adding some fresh lemon juice and/or dry white wine. Yum!

I pretty much do the same using maple syrup and malt vinegar with freshly grated ginger. A most different flavor but yummy.

I watch a lot of cooking videos and this by far is A-1 top of the list. No unnecessary chatter by a host trying to pimp the "like" or "subscribe" buttons. Straight to the point with excellent editing. Immediately pulled two chicken breasts from the freezer and will try this out tomorrow. 👍
