Ito na ang masarap at napaka-malinamnam na luto sa kalabasa na sigurado akong uulit-ulitin mo!!! Nilevel-up natin ang Torta dahil mas pinahealthy natin dahil sa kalabasa at iba pang ingredients, ito ang aking Tortang Kalabasa with Dip/Sauce!!! Magugustuhan mo ito lalo na ng mga bata. Tara na sa masayang pagluluto!!!

INGREDIENTS:
450-500gms (1/2 kg) Kalabasa (Squash), sliced thinly
3 Large Eggs
1 bundle Onion Chives, sliced into 1 to 2 inches length
1/2 tsp Salt, or adjust according to your taste
Ground Black Pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp Seasonings, or adjust according to your taste
8 pcs Small Kikiam, sliced (Optional)
1 tsp Sugar
1 medium size Red Onion, medium diced
Dip:
3 Tbsps Tomato Sauce
3 Tbsps Banana Ketchup
4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsps Sugar
Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Cooking Oil of your choice (for frying)
Water (for steaming)
