And if she was getting pushed up front, that may have been folks trying to help her get into that window. They may have though that she was small enough to get through and then could open the doors from the other side.

Actually Byrd was in Room 212 across from the Chambers. And he claimed to the news he was protecting Pelosi and other ranking members. That was not possible because they had evacuated to Fort McNair BEFORE Trump's speech was over. You see some people had already entered the Capitol who were NOT part of the Trump rally but used the Trump rally as the excuse to enter the Capitol to do their own protesting. These were the group with Jacob Chansley Qanon nonsense. CCTV Footages showed that Byrd was in a panic running back and forth from the Chambers to the Hallway then went across to Rm 212. After Shooting Babbitt he actually fled across the Chambers and out of the Capitol and fled the scene to go into hiding. The CCTV footage aired back in the beginning was edited, sound added and spliced with some of the earlier scenes to appear that he inside the Chambers and did the shooting. But that does not fit the scene of where Babbitt was shot. Byrd stepped out into the hallway by 2 feet closer. If he had been in the Chamber with those other officers as he claimed there was a barricade in front of a double door not a single door.

He had a Police Radio. And yes he could see because long before this segment there had been 3 Officers on Ashli's side and 3 on the hallway side placing the barricades. When Lt. Byrd came on scene there were already 3 Uniformed Officers and staff standing around IN THE HALLWAY watching the events where Ashli was. Go frame by frame and look in the distance you can see Officers at the other end of the hallways and several staffers walking around casually. During that period Ashli had been talking with all the officers she had been there a good 30 minutes before the violent group showed up. Lt. Byrd walked up and went into Rm 212 WHICH IS THE REST AND RETIREMENT ROOM. Not the Chambers! When you match up CCTV footages inside the Chambers and at Fort McNair how can Lt. Byrd be in 2 places at the same time? Can you smell doctored footages? I pointed this out when Pelosi put out here dumb documentary which did NOT add up to the CCTV footages and time stamps. You see the Members were NOT in the Chambers they were at Fort McNair 2 miles away. So then how were the members of Congress in danger when they were NOT EVEN THERE? Hence no justification for lethal force. Lt. Byrd made no attempt to follow any of the Police procedures. Check any Police department and every Policemen nationwide would say right off he was in the wrong, he made no attempt to perform a take down, soft takedown or any form of arrest. Also, entering that hallway is not a FELONY. Just because it was barricaded made it illegal to enter. The damn doors do have locks, explain the logic of a barricade when it has LOCKS??? Anyone assigned a pass can enter, anyone with High Security clearances can enter. Guess what.. Ashli Babbitt had both. How do you think Press come in to film or record any of the Roll Call, the Meetings, or procedures and no, the Capitol was not closed. Family, press and EVEN PROTESTORS can obtain a pass and enter the Capitol during hours of operation. All you people have to do is look it up, it is on the Capitols own website. Yes, you can apply for a pass and hold a peaceful PROTEST inside the Capitol. There have been many in the past!!!

She should not have climbed in that window. However, Byrd aimed and shot her immediately. The officer said nothing that was caught on video. My LEO husband said the officer was completely out of line. There were police and even SWAT on both sides. There was a crowd, and that bullet could have hurt others, including police. A small woman with no weapon is not an immediate threat. Non-lethal methods are to be used first. She was off balance and could have been easily stopped by any number of police doing nothing behind her. The only people who died that day were 4 unarmed protesters. They were all victims of apparent excessive force used by police. Most of these people were entrapped in the false flag. It was a truly "mostly peaceful protest" of a million or more people that was sabotaged. All the media shows are the paid provocateurs wreaking havoc and breaching the Capitol and unaware crowds wandering in or being shoved in.
