You are on right track, in switching to Linux. First test and all the Linux compatible program on windows and when your are comfortable with it, earse windows and install Linux. 😄

It's believable because windows 11 has a cocktail of most Linux kernel switches in its own Unix kernel. This is different from all the previous windows versions.

in my experience , qemu and virtualbox perform same, but in vbox 3d acceleration is activated and working, but not in qemu with nvidia graphics gives egl error, so you have to disable it, and gives poor performance, vmware works great in compare with both of them...

Can you do GPU passthrough on Windows & KVM? I'd be surprised if you could but looks like it "sees" a GPU in Linux... but still can't do a MacVM with GPU this way

@@kilObit yes. It is an old, but strong android emulator. However I cannot execute it properly since it requires Virtualbox to load the OS and there are lots of setting I'm unfamiliar with.

it's running inside hyper-v, so no,,, but it does work better in some cases where hyper-v doesn't
