Scanty did not say you can’t wear a bikini to the beach.. the girls misinterpreted what he said and just ran with the wrong notion throughout the video. He is saying there are types of bikinis that overly expose your body ( like breast for example), which many would consider indecent as opposed to a traditional two piece set ( I think that’s what they are called). Also if you are going to wear such bikinis, there’s a moment where you are in a public setting before actually going on the beach ( like maybe when your scanning a ticket in a queue) not everyone wants to see your breast in that particular setting, so covering up for a bit is ideal. @adwoaaddy you said you don’t condone indecency, but you can still be dressed indecently whilst following the theme of whatever event you find yourself in, which is what Scanty is saying.

The truth is, we all know what indecent dressing is. Exposing your thighs(even for guys), breasts, tummy, boxers(for guys), panties, nipples, and cleavages are all indecent. You can go for a program where the the dresscode is still an indecent one. It doesn't take away the fact that it is indecent.
