When they are still starting , their first presscon hits the hardest. The media just laughed at them making fun of their visuals specially Stell. Their laughing at his style his facial features and even his name. They even questioned his gender identity. They call them kpop wannabes and a lot more. That is he most painful presscon that I have seen but they strive to continue and look where they are now.

You have to be kinda smart to be in a state uni in the philippines. Gov pays for your schooling, basically. So what pablo meant was his units were discounted by a lot

When you go to a state university here in the Philippines, thats basically getting a scholarship from the government that’s why the standards are really high. The small amount he paid/month is just miscellaneous fees.

Someone graduated at the age of 22, but waited 5 years before securing a good job. Someone became a CEO at 25, and died at 50. While another became a CEO at 50, and lived to 90 years. Someone is still single, while someone from his school group has become grandfather. Obama retired at 55 & Trump started at 70. Everyone in this world works based on their time zone. People around you might seem ahead of you & some might seem to be behind you. But everyone is running their own race, in their own time. Do not envy them. They are in their time zone, and you are in yours. So, relax. You're not late. You're not early. You are very much on time. Ctto.

Watched your reaction on SB19 'Bazinga' LIVE in Wish Bus. From there, I started watching and retracing ALL your reactions to this group. But what I liked the best are the ones from Toni Talks and these 2 part interviews. I already watched those interviews a lot of times, and I want to say that your inputs and insights made me reflect even more. I just love how you share your thoughts every time. I heard Stell had the most criticism because of his visuals. I love Stell, he's my bias. But a lot of filipinos, back when they were starting said that he's the least good looking among the five. Which is unfortunate because he is one of the most talented person I've seen my entire life.

I've just found your channel recently and I've been binge-watching your content on SB19 because I really appreciate how you take the time to look into the background of the group through other channels such as Cashual Chuck's for example. It's great because a majority of other reactors on KZfaq just do like straight reactions on stuff and don't even bother with the stories behind what they're reacting to, making their content rather superficial (for me at least) and even misinformed or judgmental at some points. Props to you for being thorough in getting to know your subjects properly, it just gives your vids more depth, you know, so I really take the time to view all things SB19 in your channel. Keep doing what you're doing!

As Pablo mentioned, he is fascinated by 'the moon" and also that he went thru a stage of depression. La Luna is one of the songs he wrote during that period. He has written a lot of songs at that time. That sounds like EPs are coming out soon. Pablo's EP and SB19's Pagtatag.

State Universities tuition here in the Ph are gov't paid. Most of the students on State U's are gov't scholars but have to maintain a certain cut-off grade (high standard grade) to keep d scholarship 'til graduation. Studying is almost free here. 12-14USD might just be miscellaneous fees.

Stell has been the target of bashing since debut because of his visual. Haters doesn’t have anymore to say to him because his undoubtedly talented so they targeted him about physical appearance. Saying that “how did he get to this group, he’s ugly” etc. etc. But seriously on my own opinion Stell is really cute and handsome ever since. He’s such a nice guy. I really love Stell especially his humour and being our “happy pill”. Stell as person is very vulnerable, he tend to overthink a lot base on my observation. He’s really emotional that’s why all of these bashing gives him alot of hard times. That’s why I want to protect him and the rest of SB19. They are really inspiring.

I studied and got my degree in a state university. We were called "iskolar ng bayan", or the people's scholar since our tuition fee were mostly subsidized by the government, wherein it came from the peoples' taxes. Tuition fee in the Philippines is really very affordable compared to the US colleges and universities if you're going to compare it via Philippine pesos and USD.

36:40 I think what they meant was, if you're an artist and is famous, then you become a public figure so you should be able to handle criticisms and negativities thrown at you. In the PH, public figures become "public properties" -- that's why they say the entertainment business is not for the faint-hearted because you really need to have thick skin to be able to endure and last in the industry. Personally, being an artist is no different than any other job, except for the public exposure, which still doesn't give anyone a right to throw hate towards the artist. They're human after all, like you and me.

Yes, they have bashers. People hate how they look and how they dress up (they say SB19 are like copy-cats only) but the truth is they wear clothes they like and do what they love... That is why they give their anger thru their performances because they cannot answer back to haters. Someone even question "how SB19 define PPop" but Pablo said in an interview, "music is universal". To be silent against haters is hard but that's how they mature as the "good guys" in the PPop Music industry.

State universities in the Philippines are government funded. Thats how public agencies run in the country. So, most of the time the tuitions are free or if the students have to pay, is only very minimal. On the other hand, if you go to private schools, that's where you pay hefty because the institution depends solely on their students' tuition and other fees for their survival. Life is hard in the Philippines, so even when kids go to state universities, surviving the daily life still hard.

Tuition fees depend on the school... and Scholarships gives students big, big discounts on the Tuition Fees (Scholarship leaves the student only to pay the minimum or Miscellaneous Fees only).

Its 12 to 14 USD because when you pass the entrance exam for a state university like the Univ of the PHi, TUP, BSU the state pay for college. The 600 to 700 represents miscellaneous fees only. I know bec i graduated from a state univ in the Phils. The catch is that its hard to qualify bec of the entrance exam. Only the top 10 % get in

As to why they pick on stell, they do bec they perceive him to be gay, and they are homophobic i guess. 😢 There was one interview i think in 2018 that was painful to watch. I luv them like sons and i cant help but be angry at those rude reporters till now
