We live in a world of information overload. Those who don't have the skills to keep up run the risk of being left behind. That self-improvement starts with a person's intention to improve.

A Simple Memory Tip you can used to Better Memory - Jim Kwik - Intention : Have Intention to Start Something, Everything starts with Intention. "Our Intention creates our Reality" Intention determines our Reality. 3 Tips to Have Intention 1- Decide What you want - Clarity gives you power. "Know your Why", why you want it. 2- Head to go into your Heart - Know Reasons to do things. What it is to give you. Because Reasons reap Results. 3- Heart to the Hand (Action) - You can't have the Law of Attraction without Action. Imagine your Intention.

Life is always a life or death situation. Focus. Not only your life is on the line but also your family's. Whatever you are trying to learn might be critical information that decides your life's fate sometime in the future. It is not something to be taken lightly. Leave no stones unturned. Stay curious and learn all you can at every opportunity.

Thank Jim for these wonderful insights. I am an English Trainer and so "memory" is a huge topic. I rarely use the classic methods - I always say, "learning vocabulary words without context is a waste of time" now I have better words for this. There is no intention behind learning a vocabulary list. You are a mentor to me in where I am going. Thank you!!

You've got a new SUBSCRIBER. I have a question, is there any video u recommend me to watch regarding oral communication or advice... I am better at writing because I can visually interpret better with more time to process, along with being able to read again compared to talking with others which takes me time to process what ppl say and reach out with a sentence.

When I forget someone's name, I go through the letters of the alphabet from a-z. 99% of the time, when I hit the first letter of that person's name, their name comes to mind. Not sure if I explained it well but it works for me. Hope it helps.
