Adipurush is an upcoming Indian epic mythological film based on the Hindu epic Ramayana. The film is written and directed by Om Raut and produced by T-Series and Retrophiles. Shot simultaneously in Hindi and Telugu languages, the film stars Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan, Sunny Singh and Devdatta Nage.
Adipurush was announced in August 2020, through an official motion poster. Principal photography commenced in February 2021 and ended in November 2021 taking place primarily in Mumbai. The film's music is composed by Ajay-Atul. Adipurush is budgeted at ₹500 crore (US$63 million)[3] making it one of the most expensive Indian films ever made.[6][7][8]
The film is scheduled to be theatrically released on 16 June 2023.[9]

बिल्कुल सही जो भाव रविन्द्र जैन जी के गानों में होते थे वो भाव ही अलग थे उनको सुनते ही रोंगटे खड़े हो जाते थे और आखों में से आसू आते थे।

@@PrabhasRajuRBL I know, but atleast it should have better CGi etc than Brahmastra, RRR, Baahubali. RRR had a budget of 500 crore but it has better VFX. Let alone the cgi of Hanuman movie made in 12 crores is better than this. Motion capture technology, etc. was told how much, but what a cartoon at the end! On top of that these guys didn't even do the character design well, but that's a whole different topic

I don't think any scene of Prabhas make justice with Lord Rama's character. Movie may earn crores but it wouldn't make place in the heart of people like Ramanand Sagar Ramayana. People worship Lord Rama for his unique character. How he was very sensitive, respectful, kind, friendly to tribals, animals, and all, and always ready to provide protection to them. But Prabhas looks angry, and fatigued, and overuse of CGI has made his body, muscles look more fake.

सर जी, हम इस फिल्म को बिल्कुल भी नहीं देखेंगे।ना सिनेमा हॉल में, और ना ही मोबाइल पर। इस फिल्म को देखने का मतलब है समय की बरबादी। होमी वाडिया की फिल्म सम्पूर्ण रामायण हम कई बार देख चुके हैं। सिनेमा हॉल में और मोबाइल पर। और हां एल सी डी टी वी पर देखना अद्भुत खुबसूरत अनुभव रहा है। रामानंद सागर की पुरानी रामायण के सारे चरित्र वास्तविक लगे हैं। विजय अरोड़ा जिसने एक समय में राजेश खन्ना को कड़ी चुनौती पेश करी थी। उसने मेघनाद के चरित्र को अमर बना दिया।चाहे राम के अभिनय में अरुण गोविल हो या सीता के अभिनय में दीपिका चिखलिया।इन दोनों ने राम और सीता के जीवंत बना दिया।आज भी लोग इनके चरण स्पर्श करने में अपना सौभाग्य समझते है। क्या परभास वह जगह ले पाएगा?

I agree too that is movie mein na toh starcast fit hai aur naa hi VFX. Ye movie kahin se apne budget ko justify nahi karti. Aur jahaan tak Kriti Senon ki image ka question hai, millenial actors dharmic role ko bhi "just another role" ki tarah dekhte hai. Dipika Chikhlia ji sahi keh rahi hai.

Lord Rama had a calming vibe n a peaceful nature gussa bhi itna aggresive nahi ata tha In animated Hanuman his character was depicted perfectly ...
