Some of the kydex sheath carry options i use and know about. Maybe it will give you folks some ideas for your knives/systems...

I watched your video years ago, but I forgot to give ya a thumbs up on this one. The clips are great, but your idea to use strips of canvas webbing and Chicago screws is genius for those of us who may not have the tools and materials such as leather or kydex to create loops. I have brand new buckles and lots of salvaged canvas from luggage straps, old bags and backpacks or old pants in various widths and thicknesses. I plan to try using special glues that bind cloth permanently or Velcro where hand stitching might be difficult.

I would give this video two thumbs up if it was an option. Very informative. Well done.

I like using ulti clip, but I also like what you did with the paracord for horizontal. I put some of those Molly Clips in my basket in Amazon, I'll try them too.

loving the new camera! i can hear you a lot better as it picks up the sound very well. i used to have to put my speakers at max to hear you sometimes, then i would forget to lower the volume and scare the crap outta myself when the next vid i watched blasted me to death. lol!

For small fixebldes shockcord is the best option. It carry’s so flat against the belt and the sheath is properly fixed and still a bit flexible to allow the knife to move when your body presses against the handle. I tried Techlock, pull the dot straps, ulti clip, Molle locks and build my own kydex sheaths with belt loop plates but the best carry option is shockcord!

@gavkoo i really enjoy my 5.11 tdu belt. i bought it in a too huge size so i cut it and melted the end. now its perfect. its strong enough for all my duty gear. i hate wearing a separate duty belt so i just show up to work and hand all my gear from my locker and go to work. it was really cheap too like 14 bucks. 1.5 inch width with plastic buckle. it looks brand new after a year of use.

@gavkoo Ive never really been able to find a comfortable place for horizontal carry for myself. I like crossdraw or vertical carry behind my right hip. But to each his own. I did use paracord on my Izula and bravo necker to set them up for horizontal vertical or crossdraw carry. Crossdraw just happens to be the most natural feeling movement for me
