Just made one with my Son. He and I both learned how to weld, and built it for free just using scrap. 9 targets total. A 1/16th or so E type silhouette on the far left just to have something different, then 8 targets starting with a 2” circle all the way down to a 1/4” circle, decreasing in 1/4” increments. First four circle targets targets were cut from steel (2” to 1x1/4”) then last four targets were bolts ground down to appropriate size. Use CCI standard ammo, off the shelf Savage bolt action. My son can completely clear the rack at 25 yards, meaning that last shot is right at 1 MOA. Had a blast building it, and even more fun shooting it. Thank you for the video.

Thanks for the video- I've been curious as to how expensive & difficult it would be to join in on a KYL/NRL event. Building your own & kluging a target set up on the cheap is a great idea! And, I'm glad you started with a stock Savage- very close to how I'd approach it to start. You may have inspired me!!!

That looks pretty cool. The ONLY thing I would recommend is using a bit more heat on your welds so you get more penetration into the two pieces being 'melted' together. Other than than I think I'll make me a similar set up. Thanks for the video.

I bet you can make some spacers out of pieces of pipe to keep targets in their place and it would still be easy to take apart

Joe you can buy a set up on the nrl 22 website. They have a hole set up with 2 racks for around 250.00. It’s a good deal for the amount of targets you get.

I just built a rack for 300 yards with 6,5,4,3,2 inch plates should be fun
