This is quite possibly the worst quality video on KZfaq lol it's 50 minutes long and doesn't start until 32 minutes in. The volume is so low on the video that I had to turn my TV volume all the way up and still barely loud enough. I think we can do better with those FSG dollars lol

why's the volume so low? Props to Dubas actually signing people. Tho I think we should have let Jarry walk. Hextall would have extended Granlund, signed Dumolin, and Matt Murray.

@@SurfinCowboy5615 he put me on the spot so those were the first two goalies I could think of. Varly signed a 4 yr, $2.75 mill deal. Point is I'd take most any goalie over Jarry. I don't think he's the answer in net.

@@dxzxax8772 Varlamov is 21-26 in his last 2 years combined while having one of the best defensive teams playing in front of him. Jarry posted a 34 win season the season before last, and was on pace for another 30+ win season this year before being injured, while having one of the worst defensive teams playing front of him. The Pens bottom 6 has now been significantly improved, and same with the defense, which will help alleviate Jarry from having to stop 8 2on1 breaks every game from defensive breakdowns. You’ve got a goalie heading into his prime that is on a relatively low salary hit for a starting goalie, versus paying a back up quality goalie into his late 30’s. This really isn’t even a close choice.

As a die hard leaf fan i wish u guys the best i loved kyle here in toronto but when he was he didnt beleive in grit alot ... hope he changes that and learned his mistakes with u guys... All though i love brad as our new gm !! Good luck next season pens fans

Bro Zucker played 157 games in 3 seasons. Reilly Smith is a better option. If Zucker was worth anything he wouldn’t have had to take a desperation 1 year deal with the most embarrassing franchise in the entire league. Clearly every other team didn’t think as highly of him as you emotional yinzers.

I loved Zuck's enthusiasm and he had a very good year last year, BUT he's usually on the injured list and the most important ability is availability. Sorry to see the man go but glad room was made for a tougher player.

locking up a pretty good goalie for ~5 million annually should be considered a win for a franchise. Sure everyone wants to upgrade but the market wasn't there and the trades were probably too expensive

Good Luck Pens fans, Dubas left the Leafs as a team destined to fail in the playoffs with his overpayment of the big 4 and set a president of highly overpaid salaries taking over the league. Now we have another GM who even could be worse with his new signings and all our fee agents who left because we have no cap room giving 5 player 50M in payroll, lose lose situation for both our teams
