Because in the updated standings. He has no playoff points. But we can give waivers to guys who intentionally wreck others. It's a broken rule that needs a rework. To me. Injuries are the only reason u should get a waiver

Quit NASCAR and become an Indy car driver. A couple of seats available next year. NASCAR is weak compared to Indy car competition

This is why I don't watch anymore. Why do you have to compete in EVERY race to qualify for the championship? That's stupid. It looks like it'll be another 20 years before I try to watch NASCAR again. Hopefully I live that long. RIP #3.

if he doesnt get a waiver, id LOVE to see him dominate the rest of the season and be the "champion" but isnt the actual champion because he never got the waiver.
