It still sounds really good. But I agree with the price we pay for the kit it should be simple and send the new part.

Canadian Cruisin AWE is a big name brand... except they used to be strictly for European vehicles. They’re just now(a few years ago) starting with American cars.

Agreed. The h pipe makes all the difference. I didnt want the high pitch make you deaf exhaust haha

@@CanadianCruisin yeah they sound great I’ve got them on my 18 but I wanted to add headers and I think it may be a little too loud. Awe has a great sound though those with headers will probably be a little more tame

@@tylerparker1959 i need headers eventually. You are right though borla is a little louder. My friends got it on his 2019 and compared to awe its a bit more so headers might be to much haha

I'm still debating on headers. Let me know how loud it is when its all done.

I have a 15 with flowmaster outlaws...can I just buy the mufflers and install with the other 3 system I already have rather buy the whole system. Already have H pipe. I just want to switch out the mufflers

@@asilay79 I think the flow master mount differently, otherwise you’d have to weld. I’d say just buy the whole catback.

@@CanadianCruisin They all want to cut costs somewhere lol One thing I wish AWE had is an active exhaust option. When I was looking I couldn't even consider it. I do like how they actually use h pipes though. That's one big plus vs others.

@@thedude2897 yeah I knew I wanted an h pipe. Luckily I live close to a parts place so they had some good clamps there. I didn't get the active so awe fit my wants pretty well. One day if I ever change it I'd probably try borla

@@stevenjames7032 I liked the deeper tone with the h pipe and not many cars have it. More unique than the others. It was between this or borla sport cat back for me but awe is quite a bit cheaper.

My neighbors complain. It's not obnoxiously loud at start up but it's definitely not quiet

@@CanadianCruisin Thanks. I have to say I found it a bit comical when you said it sounds "just as good" as the other systems. Everyone hears things differently, but I'm a 50-year old car guy and audiophile, and I've heard everything. IMO, this is without a doubt the best sounding S550 exhaust by far. DEEP, thick, rich, muscular tone that's perfectly tuned. Most of the other's sound like raspy sh*t especially at the top end. With that said, that was terrible customer service on their end. I messaged them yesterday with a question and have yet to hear from them, so it seems their CS might need work, but the product is fantastic. It's also one of the most expensive though, so they should really have better CS. Anyhow, great choice. Enjoy.

I have the roush catback with an H pipe. It's a bit more on the higher pitch and raspy side compared to awe due to the straight through design that the mufflers have, but it still sounds awesome! It's nothing like corsa's rasp and high pitch though. It's also much louder and very aggressive compared to awe. Had it for over a year now, but I'm looking into something more deep and a bit quieter which brought me here

I havent actually heard the full s type catback in person but my friends with the axle back and resonator delete is pretty close to the same sound. It's just a little more high pitch at higher rpm

They don't have an active option but they make a little bracket that holds the active motors so it tricks the car into thinking its still active. That way you can have the awe sound but the car thinks the stock setup is still on. Stops the warning lights from popping up on the dash

I love the extremes as well but I was going for a deeper tone. I'm waiting to see what the new double H pipe will sound like from corsa.

Corsa is Not king! I used to have the Corsa Xtreme on my 2015 mustang GT and I Like the AWE Touring Better Now on my 2018 mustang GT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@@Texas_C8 everyone likes corsa until they hear the awe in person. I always get questioned about my setup and they're surprised the perfect sound they comes from a simple catback system
