IDC what anyone says Kyrie standing on what he believes made me a fan of him. We live in such a robotic, everyone says yes to society type of world, but he made a decision and accepted the consequences as a man. Not to mention he's a better athlete than all the ones that were bashing him.

That’s the part that people are missing about the Brooklyn Nets season. The amount of lineup changes due to injuries and Kyrie’s absence has a huge impact on the synergy of the team. Having the entire team playing with each other over an extended period of time is key.

I do love that it sounds like he wants to build a dynasty and realizes that it takes consistent greatness. That's what he should be focusing on now that he's 30. please give us a Nets vs Warriors finals next year. Would be full of storylines and I think the rivalry with Steph is underrated. Everytime they play each other, they go at it!!! I usually don't see Steph that competitive against another PG. The 2 best skilled PGs of all time.

I love Kyrie and his game.. but his part-time play spilled over to going into the playoffs. His body and mind was used to playing a game then having days off, so when he came back to fulltime it lead to extremely inconsistent play on the court- score 40..50 one game then drop off the cliff. Hopefully him KD and Ben get on the court this summer and build chemistry. This is what Brooklyn has always lacked even when Harden was there. Unfortunately Steve Nash's lack of coaching experience exacerbates all of Brooklyn flaws 🤷🏾‍♂️

I was actually heated that Kyrie left KD and the Nets out there to fend for themselves and struggle through the season. But, when I saw how hard he played when he WAS available on a part-time basis and truly understood his cause, I gained a lot of respect for him. In hindsight, I do see him as a martyr; because those people who did lose their jobs for being unvaccinated needed to see someone of high importance take a stand and fight for the changes in the mandate. Why was his personal choice to not vaccinate an assault against fans? That's the same thing they did to the nurses. Tried to make it seem as if they were somehow hurting patients by not getting vaccinated. They didn't have the virus itself in the first place, but choosing not to vaccinate against it, when your body was already healthy, is not a threat to someone who has it already nor a person who doesn't have it and isn't healthy. The only threat is the person with the virus, whether through having caught it, or through having received a shot that activates a live virus in you.
