I agree it would have been better if Kyrie told him but he isn't obligated to tell Lebron a thing. He did what he thought was best for his career and family. Let's just be real! Kyrie and Lebron were great together on the court. However, they must admit that there was friction in the locker room. For any player that wants to be great they must take onus in becoming elite. Kyrie wanting to take a different path to his legacy is totally his business. He owes Lebron nothing. And besides, who shot the game-winner to bring Cleveland its first championship in Game 7 vs GS? It wasn't Lebron. It was Kyrie "Uncle Drew" Irving on the unanimous MVP, Stephen Curry! I'm just going to make an assumption, Personally I think based on how Kyrie is handling this. Lebron said something to Kyrie behind closed doors via text message, Team meeting, 1 on 1, something that pissed Kyrie off enough to demand a trade. I think years of being yelled at and screamed at for things when your the reason the man screaming at you even won a ring in Cleveland has been working on Kyrie for awhile now, I also think Kyrie left in part because he feels Lebron isn't staying anyway and if he leaves Kyrie will be in the same position he was in before Lebron arrived. Looking at it from a distance one can only assume this. Kyrie and Lebron never really got along and Kyrie only stayed because he liked his chances of winning multiple titles. After the Warriors beat them 4-1 I think as soon as game 7 ended he knew he was going to leave Cleveland. That's just my opinion though.
