L Sit Drills for Total Body Strength

Grab some yoga blocks, your mat & lets lift up! L sits are one of those exercises that involved the entire body. I'll show you the drills I used to gain the awareness & ability to lift my body. You can do it too!

1. Lift up each legs 10 times and hold 2. Right foot on left toe and lift butt up and hold 3. Upper body in Hollow shape and hands beside the calves and heels up and hold.. 4. Reverse table and slide back and hold 5. Lift hips up hands beside thighs and hold 6. Keep one leg up and hold 7. 10 lifts and hold for 10 secs 3 times ..

These were great! These were super challenging, but I know it'll get easier. I always feel a lot of tension in my quads

These drills are awesome! Very challenging, but also easy to modify with blocks. Thank you for sharing this class!
