Awww what a perfect Disneyland day. You two did so much in one day! So funny that Hilary was matched with Ursula! Too good! Thanks for sharing your personal stories. I get that way too, if I feel sick in an unfamiliar place it makes it even worse and scary even when everything is actually fine. It’s hard to know what to do except leave and be on your own in comfort.

Thanks so much for talking about anxiety. I suffer myself and yes, I do understand what you mean about feeling off or sick triggering and anxiety attack. The more people talk about it, the less stigma there will be. Aside from that I love watching your videos!

As a California native with an annual pass I absolutely love seeing your time at Disneyland. It’s always great to see the park from the perspective of someone who is there for the first time or who doesn’t frequent it much. I know it’s been some time but I hope u still post the next part!

Merry Christmas Gil and Hil! I love that you left the part in about anxiety because 3 years ago I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder with panic disorder. I also get very triggered by feeling any little change in my body and get very hot and sweaty and don’t feel well and that spirals me into a full blown panic attack. You described what happens perfectly. Glad you got out of there and felt better and loved this vlog! ❤️

I love your Disney (and all others, too) vlogs! Thank you for keeping in the part where you talked about your panic attack. I've never heard someone describe my feelings when I panic so exactly. I have those same thoughts of I can't throw up here, everyone will see! I just spent $30 on this hat, so I can't use it! 😂 I'm so glad you had Hilary there to support you! I’ve had my fair share of panic & anxiety attacks at Disneyland and they seem quite a bit harder to deal with, with the crowds and what not. Being on a ride is much worse or waiting in a cramped line. If i don’t eat and drink properly the entire day it definitely goes downhill pretty quickly. Thank you for sharing your experience! Loved this video and you two in the hotel room the first time was hilarious! ♥️

Nausea or more specifically ‘not having a place to throw up’ is a huge panic trigger for me too! I used to sit on the bathroom floor of restaurants in front of the toilet and have my mom hold my hair and rub my back after EVERY SINGLE meal out when I was a kid. We’re talking about a 5 year old!! So yeah... I feel you.

I’ve had a panic attack at Epcot on the old Norway ride... so I feel for you. I rarely get that way (but the once or twice a year) I suggest asking your dr for just a few Ativan for travels.

I totally understand the panic attack! When I went to Universal Hollywood in 2002 they had the Back To The Future ride & I had a panic attack on it. Couldn’t wait to get off (and it’s only a car in a room moving back and forth w/ a screen in front). I feel your pain!☝️

That's so funny that you said drunk driving because I said the same thing about Cat in the Hat at universal in Orlando. Those Pirate singers are awesome !! Every time I go to the parks I always take Bonine for motion sickness
