Mike and Yvonne visit The Abbey Tavern in La Florida.
La Florida is on the Orihuela Costa which is in Southern Costa Blanca in the Alicante region of the autonomous community of Valencia.
Some nice aerial shots of the area around La Florida showing Torrevieja in the distance, Punta Prima and Playa Flamenca.

Some friends had a house near the Emerald isle ,we used to go there sometimes when we visited them,also used to walk down to Punta Prima.I always enjoyed my visits to Torrevieja,also loved to visit Alicante,,lovely area.Thanks for bringing back some good memories,Happy New Year .Alan

Nice drone shots 👌 That's the area where I grew up!!! I've never seen it from above, so many houses now!!! But still all so familiar 😍😍 -- My first Christmas in Spain was celebrated at the Abbey Tavern. Back then it was one of few venues in the area, and the only place open! Thanks for sharing, great to see the Abbey is open for business 😊😊

Hi Robert, thanks for watching. We have been to Casa Mama's in Torreta III. Not sure if it's the same one you are referring to but if it is we had a very nice meal there. It has a good atmosphere and good service at reasonable prices.
