@@eduardoelheroe j'ai continué à l'apprendre au lycée, j'ai aussi bcp regardé de vidéos/séries en anglais, et je suis tout le temps exposé à la langue anglaise avec les réseaux sociaux, donc mon niveau s'est amélioré mais je ne parle toujours pas couramment (je suis entre le niveau B2 et C1). je pense que la meilleure manière de parler parfaitement c'est d'être constamment exposé à la langue donc de vivre dans un pays anglophone ://

@@sarah-fc6tt c'est pas nécessaire ! Je ne vivre pas dans un pays anglophone mais je le parle couramment, c'est possible de faire :D, (désolé pour mon français je suis en train de l'apprendre maintenant)

***** ***** Si vous avez l'envie de résoudre ce problème-là il faut écouter la radio, les podcasts etc. ou bien faire quelques petites dictées. J'ai eu la même difficulté que vous et bien qu'elle est plutôt réglée j'ai encore des ennuis avec le français écrit et une tendance à m'exprimer d'une manière assez franglais. On dirait il y a toujours quelque chose à améliorer, surtout avec une langue.

Serdar Okuyucu Hi Serdar! As a native French I can confirm that Steve is truly fluent in French and I am not talking about fluency in 48 hours or 3 months like some ads I have sometimes seen. Being able to say things like "Please bring me my meal" or "Did you like the film last night?" is already a great step but I would not qualify it, even close to fluency. Here, SK shows he has a very rich and very wide range of vocabulary and also masters the grammar beautifully, especially as this is a complex topic. I cannot detect any accent which is also amazing. One might say that he grew up in Canada where French is spoken in Quebec. Well, French spoken in Quebec is very specific, sometimes I can hardly understand it, which is NOT at all the case with Steve. He has a pure "standard" French accent. Conclusion: I think the video itself should bring a lot of motivation to all French speakers watching it and think how beautiful it would be if they could speak like that, for example in English...And like learning the piano we don't need to wait until we are an international concert player to enjoy playing, right? As soon as we know a very simple tune we can already enjoy playing...Same for language learning...The secret is just to keep going... BTW, I'm not a friend and don't even know SK, although I would be delighted to meet him :-) Hope my comment helps anyone (like u Serdar) who would naturally wonder what is SK true level in French? Serdar Okuyucu French is Steve's first second language, and after learning it he began to learn all other ones; so it would be strange for him not to nail it.

Serdar Okuyucu Yes, he absolutely did. His French is definitely fluent and accurate. Even though he doesn't speak with a perfect and smooth French accent, he makes an extraordinary use of the grammar and appears to have a very rich and wide range of vocabulary. His accent is different. We can clearly see that he is not a native speaker, he sounds Canadian/American, but he is undeniably fluent and almost flawless when it comes to grammar. I'm sure a couple of months in France would solve the issue with the accent. (Which isn't necessarily an issue, since we can understand him perfectly)
