The asking price was originally, a few years back towards start of pandemic, around $7.5M. The business use case may be more limited than expected. The road isn’t much through traffic, coupled with unexpected road closures can make consistent revenue stream difficult to maintain. It will really depend on car clubs coming out regularly to maintain business. There are also a lot of investment opportunities in SoCal, so most investors may consider safer bets, which kept it from being bought till now.

I didn't catch the gentleman's name but I hope he's successful in resurrecting Newcomb's Ranch. I don't live anywhere near California, but I love small businesses like that which cater to something that I'm passionate about. If it works out it could be a destination place for people all over the country to make a "pilgrimage" to. I hope you do periodic updates on it Larry to promote it with your reach.

13:25 That’s the sucky thing, I was in my senior year of high school when everything shut down, and the day we got the notice of 2 weeks, me and my friend had skipped in the middle of the day to go get pizza in my Civic. We stopped at a Target parking lot to do some homework because we planned to go back for last period. In the middle of homework, we get the notification that school’s closing for 2 weeks, so we just went home. I still see this friend every day thank God, but I never said goodbye to my school friends and professors… :(

Easiest way to use the door handle is (driver door) left hand supine, thumb to left side of handle, grab extended part of handle with other fingers, open door. (source: I work on Emira daily)

Everyone has been driving around the back side down big Tujunga road. After you pass the tunnel their will be a fire station right after it theres a road to the right you take that road down and it ends on hwy 2 make a left and that will lead you to new combs. Its a fun drive especially hitting the tunnel.

The e90 m3 is a sedan, AND it has a sunroof 😒. It's basically a 328i. If ur gonna get an e9x , do it right carbon roof or slicktop . And ONLY a coupe .
