Hi, is there a way to duplicate the qr code and prints all together in one go? It is like, label 1 will contain all the details including the texts, qr code, image while label 2 will gonna be the qr code only (qr code will be the same as in label 1). These 2 labels will print in one go. Is it possible?

This refers to an obsolete product; it has been replaced with a very similar one that has the fatal flaw of using NFT tags in the Dymo brand labels and locks out third party vendors. The "new improved" labels that the successor uses cost about 10x as much. Avoid this company like the plague.

It's unfortunate, that for the initial cost Dymo doesn't supply a actual full roll of labels. It's pretty easy to see the add on sales approach.

Can anyone please help me? I just bought this, and whenever I plug the USB into my computer, it starts to print endless sheets of garbage! (like messy scratchy lines, forever, and no it won't stop). No job was sent to the printer.

There should be troubleshooting videos here. For example labels wont feed through and printing extra blank labels error

Check out the youtube videos on new Dymo printers BEFORE you buy one. They can only run on Dymo paper labels which are much more expensive than labels from other suppliers.

Half the video is about unboxing the damn thing. But then when it comes to installing the drivers and software, he skips right through the entire process. I've downloaded everything and it still won't detect the printer when I connect the cable.

If they had a drag and drop function for jpeg and pdf’s this printer would beat everything.

Why does this product require a huge power brick? This takes up unnecessary space on my desk which causes me to be creative with the cable management.

The 5XL can recognize label authenticity with an NFC or RF chip that is on the inner of their carboard roll and will only work with DYMO branded labels. 3rd Party punched labels are not working with the machine, making the 5XL a worse printer than the 4XL in practicality and cost regardless of its networking abilities (which are not true wireless and need ethernet to a router. which is way behind their competitors) It will not even work with older AUTHENTIC DYMO labels that you may have in backstock after upgrading because those labels dont have the chipped cardboard cores. Recommended DO NOT BUY.

Ok how the hell does Dymo spend around 16 years on Research & Development to create this atrocity of a new model! I love my 4XL the previous model and it has been printing well for me for over 6 Years. Whoever the board and CEO is of that company should immediately be dismissed and re-staffed. They have single handedly ruined the Dymo company. I am seriously disgusted by the choices of the board of this company and will spread the message far and wide. Never ever let the marketing or finance teams make the final decisions over the Engineers in any company. A well engineered product will always be a successful product. I’ve been wanting to get a label printer for my small business for the longest time and finally pulled the trigger. I’m glad I did ! It’s less than 1/4 the size of my regular printer.Set up was fairly easy. Seller will email you a link with video instructions Which I found to be more helpful than the written instructions. I use a Mac and had no issues. They even included an adaptor for USB to USB-c which is great because I’m always losing mine! I had a few issues getting the labels to print properly and wasted quite a few sheets. You need to play around with the settings to get everything adjusted just right. If you have the wrong settings, it’ll crop off the edges or feed through blank labels. These aren’t issues with the machine though, just user error.
