Flair espresso machines are already budget and amazing built quality. $132 for classic manual espresso machine is hell of a deal.

I have store credit at Best Buy and can get the Breville Barista Touch Impress that you just reviewed, or the new Gaggia Classic Evo pro 2023 that comes with the 9 bar spring and pair it with a good grider. Which setup would you recommend? Didn't know if the temperature surfing on the Gaggia would be a problem. Enjoy milk based drinks as well as straight espresso. Thanks.

If you’re going to be making more than 2 milk based drinks regularly, go with the Breville. If you’re going to be making primarily espresso and then one latte, go with the Gaggia

@anthonytorgerson4175 you will learn when how long the machine can sit before you need to purge. It’s not as hard as people often make it out to be
