If he is doing such a large project the stirrup and links should be included in the 100,000 for tying the ton of steel, a matter of fact you cannot tie the steel without them so we as builders are be taken advantage of if we are not proactive.

It's not $20,000 per sqft for roof slab. What she's saying is $20,000 per square. Which means 100 running feet or equivalent to a 10ft x10ft size slab which would cost $20,000

That's true, sis, partially because we have a video with roofing cost using clay tiles and because we are currently seeking updated information on other types of roofing processes. Once we get that info, we'll definitely share it.

Can you double check the cost for slab roof. If it's $20,000 per square ft. Like you said, that would be $40 million dollars for a 2000 square ft. House. Maybe you meant $2000 per square ft.
