The most overwhelming conclusion to all of this is that British politics must change completely. They're too interested in their own interests and the their own parties to do what's best for this country. This country should let party politics go completely and develop a government of experts in their various fields, financial, health, science etcetera who operate with complete transparency. They are currently all prepared to lie and provoke unrest instead of working in this countrys genuine interest. And this is NOT going to be achieved by giving away our sovereignty to foreign governments to rule us either.

@I'm Watching YOU , i can only Explain as much as i can about this clip for example , on the left as we look is the Conservative benches , this is Current Government in UK. on the right are the Opposition main Party being Labour lead by Jeremy Corbyn, also have Liberal Democrats lead by Jo Swinson, there is also Sinn Fein Irish Party but they do not take their seats in Parliament, there is the Scottish National Party , The Green Party and Plaid Cymru, (wales) and the Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) , who gave their support too Conservatives for them to make a Majority after last election. The Supreme Court is a relatively new Court in our Process , as it used to be dealth with by '' The Law Lords'' who were part of the Other Place The Lords ( that is like the upper chamber ). John Bercow is a Conservative and has a casting vote if there is a vote that is tied. He has too be impartial, and not favour his own Party. So the Scottish High Court deemed Prorogation unlawful, English High Court deemed it was a political matter and referred it to the Supreme Court. where they found that Boris Johnson did Prorogue parliament was unlawful. So The Commons we ordered to sit again, instead of waiting until 14th October when HM Queen Elizabeth II , was due to perform what is called State Opening of Parliament, this is a lot of Pomp and Ceremony, the Queen reads out a Speech Written by the Government in this case the Tories , saying what her Government are going to do in this session of Parliament. The Queens Speech was not Given when Theresa May was Elected Prime Minister bolstered by the DUP northern Ireland , to enable her to form a Government. But she never sought a Queens speech. Boris Johnson is angering Parliament by calling the Benn Act , which prevents UK leaving EU without a Deal , to prevent a no deal Brexit, He's called it the Benn Act, Bill Act and The Surrender Act, which is his preferred name for it , although that is not what it is called. The Benn Act was voted for prior too Prorogation, The Bill as it was first known in Parliament , was voted for by all Politicians (Members of Parliament or MP's) The Government lost the Vote. the Benn Bill, so the Bill was then Passed to House of Lords, where they discussed and debated it and then they voted and it was agreed to be passed by Royal Assent it was made a Act of Parliament. ( they do not go too Queen as they have her permission too pass such Bill and changes them into Act's which then become Law and part of the Constitution. It became an act of Parliament three weeks ago, Which Compels the Prime Minister too on Saturday October 19 the PM must by law send a letter to the EU requesting an extension to January 31 2020 if Parliament has not voted on and approved either a deal or a no-deal Brexit. We do not have a written Constitution as such it is a Archive or all acts passed by the Lords. which are used as Laws. Hope this Helps

It is depressing how the amount of hot air and wasted time with stupid accusations takes precedent over any actual business for which they are handsomely paid from public funds. Being disgusted at the UK's failure to make peaceful and just actions towards Iran and the wrongly renaged JCPOA, I watched Iran's President give a speech today. The contrast between the UK government with its negligent and amateur behaviour compared to the professional, concise and accurate on all counts speech of Rouhani is very disappointing. The UK government were told by the Speaker of the House to 'Raise their game', but do kids listen? Power to Parliament. What ever is done has to be done for the Country not a few elites. Iran is a 'real' Global problem where its being hounded. Brexit is homegrown trouble from bad press and bad politics.

The stasi was an apparatus of the authoritarian dictatorship of the GDR and terrorized it's people. I knew Johnson was deeply inconsiderate and just goes for inflammatory words like surrender bill, and this was just another yikes. By yikes I mean the tone in which they speak to each other. The one question he does not answer is about the alleged questionable loan he made when Mayor of London. As for the suspension of Parliament, it was ruled unlawful in retrospect by the Supreme Court - ie, Johnson did nothing unlawful at the time, but the court changed the law to make his action unlawful after the event.

Johnson broke the law and then had the audacity to disagree on the court's ruling, as if it's a matter open to debate. So he's shown contempt for two out of three branches of power, with possible doom still pending. He had not replied to the worst case scenario question and on the unlawful suspension of the only democratically elected institution - leaving aside the mayor business, that's just extras. Let me rephrase the question: what should one do when he's found guilty of unlawful suspension of Parliament? Declare oops are you completely sure I wasn't allowed to do that?
@Londonfogey
@Londonfogey 4 жыл бұрын
@@borisstojanovic6739 Judges in the UK make law by the setting of judicial precedent, ie, by how they decide the outcome of a case, in cases where there is no clear statute (Parliament-made) law in place. In the proroguing case, it was always previously understood that prorogation was a matter for Parliament, not the courts, so there were no statute laws in relation to it. (This is one of the problems of not having a codified constitution). When the Supreme Court found evidence (however slim) that Mr Johnson prorogued Parliament in order, supposedly, to waste its time, they ruled that such proroguement was unlawful (not illegal). No such law existed at the time the proroguement took place, so Mr Johnson did not break any laws. The Attorney General made it clear that the government will abide by the law. As for disagreeing with the verdict, that is the right of every British citizen, otherwise why would we have appeal courts? Mr Johnson must abide by the decision but he does not have to agree with it. A court (at least, not yet) cannot force someone to agree with its verdict - how could it do so? How can 'agreement', which is private intellectual consent, be forced by anyone?
