Practice LOOPING OUT (coming off the back of the bike while attempting manual/wheelie). On purpose lift the front too high/lean back too far so you're forced off the rear. By practicing this you'll lose that fear and make the rest of the manual/wheelie process so much easier and comfortable.

I crashed down a hill the skin on my finger ripped off and blood was everywhere. I also lost both my front and back brakes. I got the back one replaced twice now but my bike can’t replace the front one :(

The reason could be you aren’t tilting for pedals,this has also been a huge issue for me so you really need to lift your pedals forward
