Elevator drill is a great drill to get the motion of snapping over! It’s the same thing as the single arm warms ups obviously you won’t faceoff one handed. It’s a warmup drill! The elevator drill is really good if you lower the stick every couple of reps, until you are basically back on the ground. Prevents the bad habits mentioned that could come from the drill.
