sir why albumin is not included here for measuring an anion gap? hypoalbuminemia may mask an increased anion gap ?

Great video...as usual. What is to be done if the pt is a known severe lv (on norad support ; MAP swinging to and fro from 60-65 @ max norad titration)with anuria when there is lactic acidosis ? To further the question, tried starting fluid at 50ml/hr but still no urine output !
