I couldn't find the e-motorcycle I wanted, so I decided to take matters into my own hands: I built my own. Introducing Havoc, a futuristic electric motorcycle designed for both city commuting & off-road adventures!
IMPORTANT!! The following link is a temporary AUDIENCE PREORDER SPECIAL. Once we begin our campaign, all Havoc preorders will be re-directed to Kickstarter. This is an opportunity for our audience to skip the line before the Kickstarter marketing begins.
shop.mysuperebike.com/product...
Audience pre-orders (made via deposit) will be prioritized for immediate production.
Audience Pre-Order Price: $8,400 (including deposit)
If you’re interested or have questions, email Ladi@MySuperEbike.com
Public (post-Kickstarter) Price: $9,600
With instant electric torque and a 75-mile range, Havoc offers 30kW of peak power with zero emissions. Packed with features like a 4kW built-in charger, advanced Nucular controller, and regenerative braking, Havoc provides exhilarating rides with minimal maintenance.
The 91V 60Ah battery has a 4.6kWh capacity and was engineered to endure both rapid charging and high current draw for intense riding. Its built-in 4kW charger fully charges the battery in just 69 minutes. Experience the joy of noise-free rides and instant full power - no engine warm-up needed. Acceleration is from 0-60 mph in 6 seconds!

Engineered to be STREET LEGAL in the USA
- Get your Havoc with a license plate, title, and registration for an additional fee at check-out.
- All paperwork and registration are processed through a reliable provider, offering permanent registration for motorcycles. Once registered, your Havoc becomes legally operable nationwide (no in-state inspection is required, and residency in the registration state is not necessary). To maintain permanent registration, simply renew ownership in April each year for a small fee, which we can assist you with.
Registration Benefits:
- Legal Operation: Avoid tickets and legal issues.
- Ownership Protection: Ensures legal compliance and peace of mind while riding.
- Insurance Eligibility: Qualify for insurance coverage.
- Resale Value: Increase the resale value of your e-bike with proper registration and paperwork.

To stop the pipe from deforming you should fill the pipe with sand. First bung one end of the pipe with some cloth, i use old overalls, just cut them into small pieces then make a ball slightly larger than the inside bore of the pipe. Then jam the bung into one end, i use a file with the handle taken off, then with dry sand fill the pipe to the brim. Then with a nylon mallet tap the pipe until the sand compacts and the level of the will fall, repeat until you cant get anymore sand into the pipe. then bung the end of the pipe ensuring you get the bung nice and tight, then when you bend the pipe it will almost be like you are bending solid bar. When you are finished bending pull the bungs out and empty out the sand. If you are still getting a little bit of deformation bend the pipe slightly past the angle you want, then secure one end of the pipe in a vice that is attached to a table that is fixed to the floor. Then get a peice of pipe that fits over the tube you are working with to use as a lever, then pull the bend out to the angle you desire. This will pull out some of the deformation, but be careful not to do too much or the tude will deform the other way. Trust me im a pipefitter that has been bending pipe for over 30 years. And if you have the money, buy a bending machine with a mandrel, that goes inside the pipe that prevents deformation. Happy bending.😊

Sand or you can freeze water in it but sand is normally cleaner.
@tryaluck
@tryaluck 21 күн бұрын
@@user-neo71665 yes you can freeze water in pipe but it's generally used on small bore pipe, this technique is used when bending brass instruments like trumpets. But it's quite hard to freeze a 6 meter length of 6 inch pipe, you would need a very big freezer. 🙂

Hi Ladi! I've been watching you since you started and I really love how you're progressing. I love and support this e-Moto build. Here are the things I would suggest for this specific model: 1. Longer seat 2. Supermoto street tires 3. A modular storage box under the seat which could be used for a lot of things, or an additional modular battery pack in case of emergency. 4. Some signal lights and a headlight would be needed too. I'm rooting for you! Keep up the great work! I hope I can get a unit soon to show my support for your campaign.

Pretty Cool 👍 The space under the seat could be converted into a locking 🔒 storage compartment. Also a removable 🔩 bolt on rear rack could be made & bolted on. To support saddlebags or triple bag storage set. If I had the money to buy one, I'd want some storage ootions, like mentioned above, probably a longer seat & also pedals on it for #1 more stealth to blend in as a bicycle & #2 For the ability to pedal in the event of a breakdown. I'm not at all criticizing the build. Just offering some ideas. I really do like the idea 💡 of a metal locking storage compartment under the seat. Have a tough hinge on 1 side & door cover plate. Oh duh 🤪 I started commenting before watching the end of video about the storage compartment idea 💡

I'm in the States, I've built 20 70's era cafe bikes and several ebikes- one of which will do 60mph. My observations: head tube looks a couple degrees too steep for off-road, seat should be 2-3 inches lower, longer, more padded, and have a lip on the back so you don't like, slide off... Like the minimalist design, well executed but nothing novel, strong but heavy all steel construction, the mid drive is better than a 30lb hub motor. You'll need fenders for dirt use and a chain guard to keep from slinging oil up the back of your shirt/jacket. There will always be range anxiety with an emotorcycle, and performance drops with battey voltage. I still prefer ICE motorcycles for rural riding, and fast ebikes for urban use- which we can get away with over here, fortunately.

Looks great Ladi, I got the plans to build the Cyberbike, and began sourcing components but I was at a dead end when I tried sourcing a battery and charger. I live in the US where we have weak 120v single phase residential power. I've even tried to get a local lithium battery manufacturer to build it, but they were not exactly willing to do it. So, I am at the end of my patience trying to get the bike built. Its been almost 2 years and I have since bought another bike to ride in the mean time. Honestly, If I knew more about building a battery, I would do it myself. I just dont know enough to build it myself. Perhaps if I had a diagram of the battery cell layout and where to spot weld the nickel strips I might just do that. But as of now, i have given up.

Hi! Love your content :D I worked as a laser machine operator for 6 years. And I noticed you cutting in a strange order. Always do all the internal cutting first and use one cutting profile for that. Then cut out the frame. This is because the holes will not be precisely located if the part drops down onto the support grid (what we call them). Have a second cutting profile linked to the outer contour so when you fine-adjust the diameters of holes, you don't mess with the body. Hope you understand what I tried to explain :D

OMG, how long has it been since I watched a Ladi & Margaret video. It must be a while as you have staff and lots of new machinery and equipment. I have been watching your channel for quite a few years now and it is great to see how you've progressed and how the business has grown. I am an old boy now (61) so it probably wouldn't be a good idea for me to ride a hyper fast e-bike/motorbike because if i come off it, it would be a bit painful. I know, I had a motorbike accident 2 years ago and it still hurts now. As a semi retired Product Designer I am always seeing ways to change and improve products. I was thinking, at some stage, you could perhaps change the geometry of the foot pegs by mounting them to movable L-shaped brackets; or something similar, so the height can be altered for taller or shorter riders. Also, if the seat assembly could be placed on a slidable rail the geometry of the top half of the vehicle could be altered for all ranges of human sizes. With speed restrictions, the bikes could be made available to younger people. Just a few ideas for you guys to mull over, hope it helps...........

Can I make a suggestion? Instead of painting it, cover it in truck bed liner - here the USA we call it duraliner or rubber guard - nice textured black finish that can take a scuff if you dump it.

Ladi, your thinking/engineering is very fresh and innovative. Any thoughts on designing an electric bike (like a vespa) to carry two people comfortably, with the same power components, but still compact for vanlife. aka one bike for two people, that's light, compact, and small footprint.

Great design, very interested on the center point of gravity. You are really innovative in the design to put in storage compartments and adding more value. Great project and good luck with the future of this.

being 6"6' I do wish more manufacturer's would cater for us tall guys, as even though my bomber clone is a big bike I've still had to make custom parts to make it fit me more

It comes down to weight. The bigger, heavier and faster they become, the less road legal they are in most place. At one point you might as well just buy a motorcycle.

Graphite grey and a yellow orange tone, that would be a amazing combo 100% or scream green instead of orange

the seat branch , break cords and the suspension, the handle grip and the decals if you have any make it the same color.

honestly the fact that the surron is tiny. is what made them popular. larger and heavier bikes exist but do not give the same confidence. if you really wanted size. you should have gotten the ultra bee or even the storm bee and your 'issue' is fixed. as the storm bee seat height is larger then most gasoline bikes.

I solved it my way. I’m not making dirt bike, this is supposed to be all purpose bike.

Light Blue with Orange hightlights, definitly. Gulf Racing Colors. Also, if there is a way to make the batteries ultra-quick change that would be better. For saftey reasons. In case of a battery fire, you want to be able to quickly remove the battery from the bike, so only the battery burns. Another option is to add temperature sensors to the batteries, that turn off the machine when the batteries overheat. However, nothing will stop a battery fire in the case of a battery puncture.

I think its a great design. I'm glad to see some other frame ideas out there. Personally I would have gone with larger tires. I prefer a 21" front 18" rear. The parts look very similar to current Surron's out there you might consider just selling the frame and battery back as an upgrade kit for those bikes. I'm sure there's a lot of people out there who bought a surron and wish it was just a little larger. Less pit bike and more motorcycle. I could also see a version of the sub frame be adjustable height so it could accommodate more riders.

Thanks for the feedback. We already have 21” front and 17” rear. I don’t think we’ll go any larger.

Head/Steering angle needs increasing outwards. Seat position needs changing (longer towards the rear, lower, thinner). Other than that, not bad.

Awesome bike! With a longer dirt bike style seat that also holds a rear fender this thing would rip. You need the extra space front and back to weight shift effectively when riding. Great job

Ahoj Láďo. Moc pěkný projekt. Pustil jsi se do těch e-bajků se vším všudy. Je to fakt parádní stroj. Jen z technického hlediska co mě jako první trklo jako strojaře to upevnění kyvky. Možná mi to video zkresluje ale v náročnějším terénu by to mohl byt weak spot. 🙂

I'm an 'old school' biker, harleys, triumphs, etc....BUT......You're a genius dude, really...... The platform idea is brilliant...... One seat for scrambling and another for cruising. Question.... Why not make a convertible seat system? Anyway..... Well done..... Very impressed!

It’s possible and I’m willing to explore more ideas with this whole concept. Will see if people place orders, that’s the only way we can keep developing it further.

Needs a lightning bolt down the side of the frame pointing to the motor. You could do it in whatever trim color that is going on the bike!
