Right?!? Im 50, been riding since I was 5. I am 6' 1" and 260. I need a big bike. I get bored on small bike really fast.

This is so rad!! One day I want to grow up and be like you 😮 My suggestion would be build a moto edition if you haven’t already. Maybe beef up the suspension & add a rear fender. Something comparable to stark varg but not 14k

It would be nice to find these cells in the United States. I can't find any dealer or distributors of these batteries online. I was really interested in these cells too.

FYI : PoE = Power over Ethernet ( see TECH manuals & websites for details ) POV = Point Of View ( see Pr0|\| sites for examples 😲 🤭 😳 ) Antenna tip : I mount taller antennas on the drivers side to avoid possible contact with curbside tree branches. Also , if you remove the magnet , you remove the "break-away" feature , so its beneficial to SPRING mount it.

Very Nice build, Just one question...that metal battery cover...Is that strong enough to hold your weight and frame's weight and will be not bend over time, since the tube frame is directly connected to it. ~Namaste~

Instead of a cargo box, what about an extended battery for longer range?
@huelle2

I always thought the wall between the cab and the cargo space was relevant for the structural integrity/rigidity of the whole vehicle. Kind of surprised it can be removed with just some screws...

Looks like some got a scooter then tried to convert it to a electric motor cycle. Technical aspect you guys did a great job, the design not so much.

Fluid Film, look it up...Put that in the gutters and underneath you ain't getting rust...Looks like your side strip clips are not sealed 7:10, only way water can get in there, there are no holes in the bottom of the side gutters..You showed holes in the rockers which don't enter the van, but they need to be fluid filmed, or woolwaxed (videos on youtube)..PS, never paint under van it will chip and water/salt gets in and can be worse than not doing anything, fluid film only...

love the clean slate design. have you comsidered dc fast charging? lvl 1/2 and having an onboard charger sounds like a compromise and not the best design with the bike carrying extra eeight + generating eztra heat during charging. I know zero motorcycle ran into problems trying to implement dc fast charging with ccs chargers not being able to go under 200V. they said 200v was not optimal for electric motorcycles efficiency but HD livewire has fast charging. my understanding is dc fast charging "only" requires thick gauge from the battey to the charge port and electonics/software to communicate with the charger and continuously request adequate voltage for the battery charge. but no power electronics because the AC/DC and DC/DC voltage conversion are offloaded to the charger so the fast charger is basically plugged straight into the battery. you will of course still be limited by the battery cells charge rate but it also means you could tune the charging curve dynamically for speed or durability. also if 200V is too high for motor or controller, you could design the battery as two 100V modules (or more?) that you reconfigure with relays. serial for charging on 200V dc fast charger, then parallel 100V when running the bike. ( or 3x 72V) porsche isnusing thi trick to enable 800V fast charging on the new macan EV whil also allowing efficient 400V charging with no need forba step up DC/DC converter like in the taycan. sounds like best of both worlds to me. I read that ccs charger are able to slow down to 1.2kW with 3A*400V so probably 3A *200V too... NACS would be even better with smaller connector

The onboard charger weighs 2kg, definitely worth the convenience. It’s 4kW charger, it’s very fast charging! The charging current can be set on the display, slow or fast…

The seat frame looks wrong too thin. An interesting idea would be to make a solid case that slots into the gap from above with a handle on it so it becomes a removable carry case. Cool concept though

The funniest toilet i've ever seen but it's actually a pretty genius space saving solution. And all the 3D printed stuff is dope. I often design RV's in various sizes (other stuff too like boats) so this is all gold to me. 29:36 Now that's high up! That guy would print the whole car if he could, lol

I'm in the States, I've built 20 70's era cafe bikes and several ebikes- one of which will do 60mph. My observations: head tube looks a couple degrees too steep for off-road, seat should be 2-3 inches lower, longer, more padded, and have a lip on the back so you don't like, slide off... Like the minimalist design, well executed but nothing novel, strong but heavy all steel construction, the mid drive is better than a 30lb hub motor. You'll need fenders for dirt use and a chain guard to keep from slinging oil up the back of your shirt/jacket. There will always be range anxiety with an emotorcycle, and performance drops with battey voltage. I still prefer ICE motorcycles for rural riding, and fast ebikes for urban use- which we can get away with over here, fortunately.
