I really love Lady Gaga's live performances because they are SO different to the actual record. She loves to play with her songs and see how much she can do to them which is great for the listener to hear her songs in a different version by the same artist.

I hate that I was too young to really appreciate or understand her when she blew up. I wish I’d been able to witness it all, I remember seeing everything about her everywhere but being 5 years old when she was just getting famous, you can probably guess that my parents didn’t think I was ready. I first heard Just Dance and used to dance to it for hours, without really even knowing anything about her. Three years ago I got my first phone and started listening to her on and off(before I really developed my own music taste) but then kind of forgot her. Then, a couple weeks ago, I got a recommendation of a fan made documentary on KZfaq and I’m only now REALLY getting into her. She’s so incredible. I’m obsessed.

Quick story. Lady Gaga came to my city (Cambridge, MA) 8 years ago for a photo shoot for Polaroid. I was lucky enough to be her police security detail for the day. We spent some time talking and she was the coolest, most down-to-earth celebrity you could ever meet. For whatever reason she took a liking to me. I think being Italian helped. She seemed fascinated with my last name and what part of Italy my grandparents were from. But anyway, it's a day that I will never forget. My only regret is that I didn't ask her to dinner. And no, I'm not foolish enough to think I'd ever have a chance with her romantically. I'm just talking about grabbing a quick bite and having good conversation. Deep down, if she was in town for the night, I really think she would've accepted the invitation. So the moral of the story is, don't ever fear rejection or you'll always live with regret.

The woman is ******** talented. She invents her own shit, is good with pianos, synthesizers, and guitars, knows how to sing, started showing talents at a young age, and is smart. Also, she is an advocate for LGBT community and anti-bullying. She is eccentric, and though I don't like her meatball dress, and sometimes I think she's from another planet especially due to her latest record, I like her overall. She has an IQ higher than most people (recorded 166) but doesn't come off as a robot similar to most intellectual people, possibly because she's also SENSITIVE. Point in short: she isn't one-dimensional like most intellectual people or stupid like some sensitive people. She's an all-rounder in creativity, intellect, and a kind heart. And I like most of her eccentric outfits (although not the meatball one, lol!) and her electronic and more "traditional" music.

I agree with you all the way. There is a reason why all of the legends LOVE her. Including, Queen, Cher, Stevie Nicks, Michael Jackson before he passed when she was first getting started. She was going on tour with him before he unfortunately passed away. She is the Idol, legend, greatest artists of our time. I met her and I have to say she is just as lovely in person. She is a great musician, artist, and humanitarian all around. Amazing woman.

It’s March 2023, and I can remember watching this when it was no more than a year old. Makes me feel so old, I used to stan for her so hard back then in music forums (ATRL anyone?). I’m 31 now but still as much as a little monster as I was back then. She’ll forever be my Queen for her artistry and humanity. You hear nothing but good things about this woman. Waiting for her next album and the Joker movie now, and hopefully years more of her work. Love you Gags.

Such a talented woman. I remember when her first few songs were hitting the radio. I was in an anti-mainstream phase and wanted to dislike her at first, but no one can deny her incredible voice and songwriting. All these years later I still come back to listen ❤

I'm a 40 year old man. I thought Lady Gaga was a tart when she was wearing all that goofy shit, like a meat dress, but when I heard her perform on Howard stern, I became a fan. This woman is one of the most talented human beings alive, and she's an absolute genius. Kudos to her and I'm so grateful I heard her that day. Her voice brings tears to my eyes. Incredible. 👏👏

It’s a shame that in today’s pop culture, the musician who is most associated with “classic, raw” music skills is Adele, when in fact Lady Gaga runs CIRCLES around Adele in terms of talent and ability, and songwriting prowess. (And that’s not even including Gaga’s huge stage presence and dance skills). Many have a misguided view of Lady Gaga because in addition to her music, she’s always been a provocative visual artist like Bowie. And her music is less traditional than the likes of Adele or Coldplay for example.

Why you gotta put somebody else down though? If you prefer Gaga's music over Adele's, that's totally fine, but saying she "runs circles around Adele" is a bit much. Both are great and the reason Gaga isn't always recognized for her musical ability is because a lot of her music doesn't really show off her vocals, whereas Adele's music is all about the vocals. Clearly Gaga can sing but why you gotta compare her to anyone? To each their own.

ebbok I don't know why you felt the need to respond that way - artists do side projects and he's suggesting one that would work well. She obviously has an interest in doing so - this video is evidence of that. And he said she had an amazing voice. He's not insulting her, he's just saying he's not a fan of her electronic pop sound but is acknowledging her abilities as a singer and pianist.

I remember looking for a paparazzi acoustic version because I thought the original had beautiful lyrics. When I saw lady gaga did one, I never clicked so fast in my life. And of course, with oscar-worthiness, she delivered the delivery I was looking for in this song and this was 10 years ago. To this day no one can provide a better rendition of this song.
