It was one of the greatest challenges along the journey, but I gave her the chance she needed time and time again. Saw someone point out that from the start she intends to take you to be cleansed with her. Letting outsiders even enter the creche is taboo, let alone letting them take part in being cleansed. She does it anyway because she isn't as cruel as she lets on. It's just that the culture she grew up in punishes any sign of "weakness." Just gotta give her the opportunity to see that being kind isn't weak.

I raise my glass to this! Lae'zel became my favourite of the companions. She really caught me off-guard. She's proud, heroic, noble and unfaltering. I really love her!

I disagree. I did convince her to leave the cult, but nothing really came of it. She was kind of implicitly fighting with her former allies off-screen in the epilogue. She was more trouble than she was worth. The most I can say for her is that she isn't Shadowheart. Killed her off, and Karlach approved. Nothing more needs to be said about that joke of a party member.

This song is absolutely amazing! The songtext is so damn good and really shows that you have a deep understanding of Lae'zel's character. Finally, some positive, accurate representation of Lae'zel, the community largely doesn't appreciate her nearly as much as she deserves.

‘There’s a hero in her heart if you can find her’ is such an incredible line and perfectly describes Lae’zel. She seems cold and standoffish but she has a passionate heart and can become a powerful force for good if you can encourage the light within her.

"Tch" I'll admit, the tunes are the first thing that catch my ear but I really dig how the lyrics of these BG3 songs fit the characters so well. "There's a hero in her heart if you can find her.." hits gooood. As for which character songs I would like to hear next..? Definitively looking forward to Wyll!! Maybe Ketheric, Orin and Gortash or all the Chosen Three together in one...? Would be epic with whatever you would come up with

Absolute masterpiece! The chorus is so powerful and epic, the lyrics represent this amazing character at her best. I'm listening to this song several times a day. I thought Karlach's song couldn't be bested, but I was so wrong. This one set the bar real high. I know everybody is saying this, but there really is a hero in her heart if you can find her. There's just no better way to describe her. 10/10 Excellent work! Cheers!
