Mkuru acha nichanue majamaa kiasi, anesthesia iko na components tatu, pain relief, paralysis na amnesia. Huyo Mkuru hapo St Louisiana ni kama walisahau kuweka dawa ya amnesia.. Amnesia means inability to remember what ever happened wakati wa surgery na inakuwanga in gas form. Examples ni halothane, isoflurane, desflurane, sevoflurane etc.

I don't tolerate terrorism (in short, terrorism is where an individual or a group of individuals threatens or uses force to instill fear to achieve an agenda) however, kitu kama hii could have been eaaaasily avoided if they had solved Mendoza's problem before he even took hostages. Sad outcome but amazing story!

I work in surgery in the US. Lazima kila mtu akue ritho. Because hiyo story, everyone in the room is responsible for the patient. When a patient is in such pain the vitals go up and the alarms go off. So sijui how incompetent they were.

The first story he didn't forget about it... the doctors administered a drug to give him temporary amnesia so that he doesn't remember what happened during the surgery... But later on he had nightmares and scares of parts of the surgery that drove him into the mental state he was in
