Best of the best as always. However one oversight, the personnel that were at the CIA Annex were the GRS staff basically the CIA contracts them for specialized missions that’s why they overrode the CIA’s station chief’s command in essence. At the award ceremony at Langley, the delta force that as transport and the station chief were awarded stars engraved at Langley. The GRS guys were given their stars as contractors at a separate private ceremony.
