Күн бұрынRepairing a 150 year old log cabin in the Swedish mountains. Removing rotten pieces from a log in the wall and starting to make a piece to fit in the wall. I’m using traditional methods to prepare the new fitting piece.
Swedish: Lagar en 150 år gammal timmerstomme i fjällvärlden, Funäsfjällen. Tar bort murkna delar och börjar tillreda en bit som ska passa in i väggen. Skräder stocken för hand med traditionella metoder.

In this case I’m using pine. In Sweden we have typically only two types of trees with needles (do you call it that?). Pine and spruce. In the US there’s a larger variation, isn’t that right?
