Ingredients for this recipe :
लहसुन का परांठा
आटा - १ कप
नमक - १ चुटकी
लहसुन - बारीक कटा हुआ
धनिया के पत्ते - १/२ कप
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - पसंद अनुसार
जीरा - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
देशी घी - १/४ छोटा चम्मच + पकाने अनुसार

Garlic Paratha
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Garlic - finely chopped
Coriander leaves - ½ cup
Red Chilli powder - per taste
Cumin seeds - ¼ tsp
Desi Ghee - ¼ tsp + to cook
