I m so proud of u ka Rigzin spalbar lay. Leh district immediately needs safeguard from Kargil, I also say this in my comments, delhi pa, mumbai pa is a second thing, frst we need to look at our neighbor Kargil and their intentions, kargil ppl are already getting settled in leh, stok thang, chuchot, skampari, murtsey kalony, main bazar all are dominated by kargilis and on the other hand, Buddhist of zanskar and leh doesn't have a 4×4 flat or a 5 malla land in the district headquarter kargil, and rapidly muslim population in leh is increasing and after a decade, in leh also Buddhist may become minority. A sad bitter truth, which our leh leaders should think about.

I'd like to ask ka Rigzin Spalbar, as a former CEC, if you've contributed to Ladakh in many ways, why are you not part of the Apex body? If you genuinely support the 6th schedule, why aren't you a voice for Ladakh and helping the veteran leaders? Why the media person didnt ask this question?

And a special protection for leh from. Kargil, a law Where no kargili can buy land and property in leh and vice versa. Otherwise Buddhist ka vajood leh se bhi mit jayega 10,15 years mei.
