Lake Skadar National Park is probably not at the top of your destinations in Montenegro but it should be. Surrounded by magnificent mountains and plush greenery, Lake Skadar is the Balkan’s largest lake and one of Europe’s most important sanctuaries for birds earning it UNESCO protection.
