Yup JJ I’m already liking him and I never thought I would say that. But him at the end about what talent he’s looking in scouting and player development in the G League. He said the key word, TWO WAY PLAYERS! Players who can shoot and play defense on the other end, that’s what most of the championship contending playoff teams had on their roster. Our Lakers got some but may need better ones and more abundance. I’m riding with him.

He is so perfectly poised and comes across very clear, direct, and sincere. He's going to be a very respected coach, especially if the Lakers are doing well.

I am skeptical but I'm also all for giving people a chance to prove themselves. Especially with a job of being a Lakers head coach which carries a prestige that much organizations cannot relate with. If LeBron rs signs it's all on him to make sure he becomes the leader that leads the packt fall under as one unit.
