What Paul taught is correct. I experience all those ways of knowing God's voice. Whenever I think, say or do something wrong, he sends somebody or something to scare me so that I change and dare not sin again. Or sometimes He gave me a word, a scripture to illuminate my confusion so that I can have wisdom, peace again. Either way, He makes me a better person, not feeling guilty or condemned.
