We Indians can identify with Native Americans..... perhaps only Africans can identify better than us with the great tribes of the West..... We have somehow managed to survive ..... Somehow, our culture(food, songs, costumes, rituals, polytheism, nature-worship......) has survived the onslaught of wave after wave of invasion, colonial rule and at last corrupt governance.... A prayer to the great peoples who were.... If there are any descendants remaining, may the Gods of Old work their magic and revive the old ways, that mystical life....

Thanks for sharing. On the picture: Why the black bars on their mouths?
@misterflux Жыл бұрын
With the black bars I try to vindicate the little capacity that these people had to defend their culture against more powerful and ambitious forces that finally silenced to a large extent their great culture and the millenary knowledge they treasured.

They should have learned from the native American tribes instead of trying to destroy them when true harmony with mother earth is achieved then the earth should flourish and not end up sentenced for destruction

Absolutely horrible what happened over there with the natives. I should think we have learned from this .. but unfortunately history says we never learn to live in peace with each other
