If there is delay in coming to a logical conclusion in all the cases pursued by ED, du to law of the land, why there should not be a separate courts for trying all the ED cases ?

Remember CBI special court which dismissed all 2G cases in one shot - very easy to bribe one corrupt judge and "fix" the matter. In the present setting, appeals will move from trial court to high court to supreme court, back to high court, trial court etc, all the while the crooks will face some inconvenience, at least. Ultimately of course the CJI of SC will free them, which is a known "fixed" verdict. Let these rogues at least undergo some irritation while they wait fir clearance from SC. Special ED court means they will walk free very easily - no minor irritation even.
